Allergy Dog Food Reviews
California Natural dog food?

I changed my two dogs to this food a few days ago (chicken and rice formula) because one of my dogs has a sensitive stomach and the other has a list of allergies to foods almost half a page long. I figured it's made by Natura, and has a simple list of ingredients so it must be perfect, right? But then I happened to stumble Rateitall exams and a lot of them are not so good, with lots of comments saying that he made his dog seriously ill. The following exams: http://www.rateitall.com/i-27939-california-natural.aspx Has anyone had a problem? Should I worry? So far my dogs seem to be doing well, but it's only been two days …

It is a great food … works great for all of my dogs. It is possible that the years of transition (the first 2-3 months) where the dog will experience some gastrointestinal upset (particularly weak or loose stools that can smell very bad). This can happen when you switch to any food. I just read some of these negative comments … most of the posters I've read that there are idiots. Change their dogs at once to a new food and complaints of diarrhea … often happens when changing little by little, occurs much more often when you change a 100% at a time. A poster claimed skin that did kill his dog and that in one week, the new food made brilliant "Yes, of course. When switching foods, which will have a good two months before they can assess how it will work for your dog. EXPECT some problems when switching between any food, call yourself lucky if there are none. There is no food that will work for all dogs, all you can do is give a couple of months to see how it is working. I'll tell you how it worked for dogs MI: My oldest had Gold food allergies, licking and scratching stopped, and never had another source of tension or ear infection. English Setter My stomach has been set down and not have diarrhea (before the change, sometimes it would be missing) … give no ear infections. My Toy Poodle does not sting anymore, she has had problems with struvite crystals all his life, since switching, she has not had a problem. The biggest difference was in my two older dogs, who attributed his eyes off the falls that make up (his eyes became in bright). Mate skin attributed to aging and aging (coats began to shine again and they are soft). I totally freak out every time I have to go to the store and pay $ 52 for a 30 pound bag of dog food (not too long ago, 36 pounds of food was $ 31). I do not like spending money on it. But every dog food I've only tried in the past (and has been a lot of them) did not work for one or more of my dogs. This is by far the one who has shown the best results. So, I'm shelling out the ridiculous price, simply because it is the only thing that has worked … I never want to run my dogs to the vet every month (or more)-are healthier, and that's what matters to me. This food is 21% protein, which is a perfect level (18% is the recommended level of protein for adult dogs, unless regularly work: herding, sledding, etc.).
